Re: How to do FTP using TN5250 Mochasoft

Hi,

I am using correct id & password when trying to connect pub400.com from DOS
command prompt still getting this error.



I wanted to drop this message on the support forum as well but when trying
to chat or use 'User forum' from your website 'https://pub400.com/' i can
not sign in and it keeps sticking on same window and keeps prompting me to
enter user name and password again and again.

They probably have a user exit securing the ftp server.

You would have to ask pub400 to allow you to use ftp inbound to their
system.
