as James wrote after me - CSRLOC has priority over all other means of cursor positioning.

A solution could be to set the indicators for CSRLOC as

A N41N42N43
AAN44N45N46 CSRLOC(...

and so on - then it would be inactive if any PC-indicator is on.

But this is all application dependent - so you would have to find out, wether this works for you.
