The best solution would be generating the SQL Script for SQL Tables and dependent objects with the GENERATE_SQL SQL Stored Procedure (you may also use the GENERATE_SQL_OBJECTS).
Until now I never had any problem with them ... (and under the cover they may also use QSQGNDLL API - which is much harder to handle)
