The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Fifth deadly sin: Failing to use RCLACTGRP only when necessary and using
RCLACTGRP(*ELIGIBLE) in production code.

For sure I would never use *ELIGIBLE in production code.
I would never use that while debugging either. I used to think it would
save time to use RCLACTGRP *ELIGIBLE instead of signing off and signing
back on and redoing all my setup. But I had a couple of painful
debugging sessions, where I thought the bug was in my new code, but it
was actually caused by "saving time" with RCLACTGRP *ELIGIBLE. I kept
trying new changes in my code to locate or fix the bug, and things just
got worse and worse.
