Don't think you ever "write" in a direct file, just read and update. The
record's already there, so write should fail.

If you have a file with 1,000 records, you can access them via RRN. Want
to add a new record? Just redefine the file as *OUTPUT and use a normal
(non-direct) write...and then you can access record 1,001 via its RRN.

Dcl-F MyFile Disk Usage(*Output:*Delete) RecNo(RRNVar);
Dcl-S RRNVar Int(5);

// Build new record to add
RRNVar = 10;
Write DepartFmt; // Record overwrites RRN 10
