RE: c_ifs_open Problem

Open the file with o_creat and ccsid 1208. Close it and re-open with
o_textdata and ccsid 37. This will convert text if you look at it in
wrklnk. Not sure how it will look after you read it into your program.

When I specify codepage=1208 the file opens but I get garbage in my program.
It's just the same message I posted on Simon's site.

The STMF CCSID is 1208. Shouldn't it convert when I Read the file?
