Yes i'm using poi3.6 .

Anyway i checked with jd-gui-1.6.6.jar and in the
poi-ooxml-3.6-20091214.jar i found the setCellComment method in the package
org.apache.poi.xssf.usermodel.
Do you think, i should try with a more recent poi version?
