Your other posting today makes it crystal clear what your problem is.

There's a mistake (don't ask me what) in your usage of UNIXCMD that is
feeding the output of one command back into the command stream.

As you noted, "on the production system there's a Java command that prints
FontBold"

It's getting fed back into the command stream. You've used quotes or
metachars (especially pipe-bar) or something that has created this feedback.

That's your problem. Eyeball your syntax.
