I believe you can simply create a repo and create a member.rpgle or .rpg source member in the browser.

That being said, RPG members already work fine in Git and Github. They just don't get identified by language.

The language identification thing is more of a nice to have thing, but it does not affect Git usability at all.

There's a new PR for GitHub/linguist to add RPG as a recognized language.
https://github.com/github/linguist/pull/5240

Only problem is that there must be 200 repos with RPG code in them before the PR can be merged.

So if you happen to have a GitHub account and repo's without any RPG, by all means please add some RPG code to your repo.

I suspect there's a number of people who's companies use GitHub Enterprise and have RPG code. But GHE isn't counted as far as I know.

But I assume that this PR would also make RPG recognized in GHE at some point.
