Cant you add a post compile command in Turnover to do the CHGPF once the object has been created?

Let me re-explain. Through Turnover, I am trying to promote a source file that Creates a DDL Table.
I do not want to go back later, to use command CHGPF to give the Table an initial number of records.
CREATE TABLE within the source file should have a way to set the initial number of records.
... my staff does not want do this in 2 steps. CRTPF does not require 2 steps.
