SIZE() is a legacy Db2 for i thing.

As an aside, why does it matter?

We do not want to create a table with 2 steps.

1. Create Table

2. CHGPF FILE(XX) SIZE(50000 1000 3)

The Create Table command should have a way to set the initial size.
