I was headed for the JCRCMDS and then I remembered the client rule that I can't install any third party software on their machine without "high up" approval. It annoys me but they are paying the bills so I comply. 😊

Since we will never (I know, never say never) fill the fields that need to be expanded and they are all numeric, I'm leaving them alone for now. Maybe I will play with the JCRCMDS on a different machine when I have a few minutes to waste which right now I definitely do not.

Thanks everyone for your input. I've tagged this email for future follow up so I don't forget about it.

Have you taken a look at Craig Rutledge's excellent (open source) Tools (JCRCMDS)?

There are a couple that might help.

I have to changes some fields sizes in an RPG program that has about

these to a viewable print file or even better create DDS for the PRTF?
I tried printing the report but most fields are not full and some are
empty so I can' easily tell when they start and stop.
