The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

To be specific it is the commands STRDBMON and PRTSQLINF
In particular find any Index advised messages, then create the suggested
index using SQL.
This is a very basic and simple process and should be part of any
database administrators function if you use SQL.
Read the manual or google IBM sites on the use of these commands.
Its been a while so I am a bit rusty, but it has never failed me.
