They have a supervisor who knows the system and the company is scared they
will leave. That person refuses to learn ILE and so they have the power.

Have you tried telling them how much extra $s you are costing them because
you can't use capabilities beyond the 1980s?

I find it hard to believe that any company is that stupid.
