The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

In addition to David's question, If the interface can be browser based a PHP
grid can come up in short order. Same for ruby/rails, python, etc. All
available free in open source. See ACS open source dialog.
