Hello,
this is not exactly a RPG-question.
I have a DSPF with two windows to show two lists of things side by side. The whole thing is contained in a loop, so the user can "move" stuff from left to right and vice versa. After pressing enter, the SFLs get reloaded.
When the user presses enter, the headings and footer (with F-Key descriptions) did not change and thus don't get rewritten. No flicker. The windows are cleared and thus flicker until they are redrawn.
USRRSTDSP is set in both WINDOW Record formats, because without it, the two windows will be drawn independently and thus flicker even more. Also, there's nothing behind these WINDOWs to save.
ASSUME is not valid globally and also not valid on a WINDOWed record format.
Any hint what I can do? Is is even possible to suppress this flicker?
Thanks!
