+1 on MMAIL or MAILTOOL - MMAIL used to be free, Giovanni now want an annual or one-time contribution of $50, I believe. This lets you download everything from easy400.net (I'm registered, I don't remember the steps it took to do that.)

MAILTOOL is a commercial product with an annual subscription. It's not going to break anyone's pocketbook!
