Re: SQL0305 Indicator Variable Required

I am seeing this message in the joblog of users running a new program:

Message . . . . : Indicator variable required.
Cause . . . . . : A FETCH, embedded SELECT, CALL, GET DESCRIPTOR, or a
SET
or VALUES INTO statement has resulted in a null value, but an indicator
variable was not specified for host variable NEXTSEQ. The relative
position
of the host variable in the INTO clause or parameter list is 4. If the
host
variable name is *N, a descriptor area was specified.

The RPG code is below... I have no idea why this error is occurring.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

dcl-s nextSeq zoned(3) inz;
dcl-s sqlInd int(5);

// Get the last Seq# for this Order
Exec Sql
Select max(aaseq#) into :nextSeq :sqlInd from RFPCKRAA
Where aacom#=:inCom and aaord#=:inOrd and aarel#=:rls;
