Import a DS in a CLLE ? -- RPG400-L

Is there a way to import a DS defined in a *SRVPGM or another *MODULE inside a CLLE module ?
Like:
DCLF FILE(someExtDS) IMPORT(someExtDSfromSRVPGMorMODULE)

So the file and all its sub-fields inside the CLLE get initialized with the values of the DS of the service program in the exact same way with RPGLE ?

If not, is there a RFE open for this?
