In addition to the ASSUME, OVERLAY, and WINDOW keywords, I use the
following DSPF settings:

Restore display . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : RSTDSP *YES
Defer write . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : DFRWRT *NO
