Like and LikeDS do not clone the dimensions of an array - just the base date definition.

If you want a two dimensional array then just code it. Like so:

dcl-ds array45 Dim(45) qualified;
array15 int(10) Dim(15);
end-ds;

Elements are referenced as array45(x).array15(y);
