array in an array -- RPG400-L

This:

     d array45     like(array15) dim(45)
     d array15 s 10i 0 dim(15)
...
      array45(i) = array15;
RNF5343: Array array15 has too many omitted indexes.

I want each element of array45 to house the 15 fields of array15.

What am I missing?
