While I was working on trying to write an RPG program to use the XML-INTO op code, I found that Excel has an way of reading an XML file the will show the structure and the relationships. It was a great help in setting up the data structure.
Start Excel and browse to the XML file. When Excel begins to read the file, it will ask how to read the file with 3 options. 1. As an XML table, 2. As a read only workbook and 3. Use the XML Source Task pane. Use option 3 and on the right hand side of your screen will be the structure in relationship. This will make designing and naming the data structures much easier.
Let me know how it works for you.
Thanks,
Marvin
