We're trying to upgrade HTTPAPI using a different library name LIBHTTPX (following the instructions in the Tip at
https://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/httpapi_zip.html). The intent is to test our programs with the new library, if they work we'll back up and remove our existing LIBHTTP and rename the new one to LIBHTTP. Our Operations group got an error trying to do this.
