Using %REM 100 will give the last two digits of the value.
I think you just want
char(%dec(ellevenFour: 7: 0))
That does indeed perform a bit better than %int.
But they both perform fast enough and %int(ellevenFour) doesn't have all
those hard-coded values which make the %dec version a bit more fragile
if the size of the "ellevelFour" variable changes.
