The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

I would say that wouldn't always mean a bad URL. It could mean incorrectly
set up networking as well. I've dealt with hundreds of customers who would
rather enter host table entries instead of setting up DNS in CFGTCP.

FWIW: I once had a customer who's internet provider was being
'helpful' and providing the IP address of a monetized search portal
for DNS lookups that didn't resolve.
The call to gethostbyname returned an IP but the software wouldn't
establish a connection.
It took us forever to determine that there was a typo in the host name
they had configured as the remote address.
They were just about to open a priority 1 PMR with IBM when someone
decided to type the IP into a browser and figured out what was going
on.
