To my knowledge, there is no way to automatically skip the locked record. The logic has to be built/coded so that the locked record is bypassed
We use it so that we can settle any number of orders at once, depending on how many instances of the settlement process we have running

This is harder than I thought.
The goal here is to immediately skip to the next record in case of a record lock, and it looks like regardless of whether I'm using The Cycle or an explicit READ, RPG always wants to try the same record over again, instead of skipping it.
Any ideas?
