Bradley, thank you for your response. I did send to the easy400goup@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx as well.
that article is 10+ years old so probably things have changed. I think it is time to stop reading and dive in the trial and error cycle.

I saw this this morning...(only 1 left!!!) :)

II would try contacting Giovanni Pirotti (easy400.net). He's got a mailing
list for CGIDEV2 I believe.

Or if you want to go digging through the source for those strings, you may
find the section in the code that defines them.

Personally I've only used the

/$SectionName

and

/%variablename%/

Delimiters when I choose to use CGIDEV2 over eRPG SDK that is.

Hi All, I am doing a lot of reading while dipping my toes into the
CGIDEV2 ocean. One of the things I found to read was an article in System
iNews from April 2008. (yes i still have those magazines laying around.)
In the article RPG to the WEB: the CGIDEV2 way by one of our favorite
people, Paul Tuohy he says. " ...with the addition of CGIDEV2 directives
to identify sections (delimited by <!-- $ and $ -->) and variable names
(delimited by <!-- % and % -->)

I have been trying to find a list of all CGIDEV2 directives. If there are
more, can someone please point me at them?
