for anyone thinking about using this...be sure your understand the
performance implications...which are very, very bad...

Inside the RPG program will flush the RPG buffer to the DB without forcing
the DB to write to disk as FRCRATIO(1) does..

That was my first thought as well. Could be wrong, though, because Terri
eventually reported that it's now working.

You might need to commit the transaction. If not, as a test, add FEOD
right after the write. Then see if it shows up.
