RE: Open Acces - how to get QOAR library containing /COPY files

On both my 7.2 lpars and the 7.3 box I have access to the library is just there. I know for sure that it wasn't on the 7.3 box before I upgraded it from 7.1. I doubt it was on the 7.2 lpars as I would be the only one who would be playing around with it. 5770-WDS should have installed the library I would think.

How do we get the QOAR library that contains the copy files used when creating an open access handler?

The docs say 5733-OAR, but that's withdrawn...

The announcement of the inclusion of OA into the compiler mentions PTFs for
6.1 and 7.1....but we're on 7.2.
