20+ years ago, I worked with someone who used that hammer exclusively.

"What's the answer?" "SQL!" "What's the question?" "Doesn't matter!"

She created a monster query that took several hours to run. When she left, I judiciously applied a little RPG and whittled it down to something about 30-45 minutes.
