RE: caller-id program

I just tried it, and it didn't work. For what it’s worth here is the link to the original article.

I suspect the website has since pulled the article. The link takes me to some website called ITPro today. Is there a better way on V7R3 to get the name of the calling program that is causing my trigger program to fire?
