Hi Jim,
I think what you need to do is to define the field name in your data structure as POSITION_TITLE and instead of case=any use case=convert as an XML-INTO option. Any "bad" characters will become an underscore. Believe it or not I just learned this the other day (Thank you Jon Paris!). Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong on this.
Mike

Subject: Problem defining DS for XML-INTO
I am using XML-INTO to parse an XML document. My problem is that one of the tag names is called <POSITION-TITLE>Leader</POSITION-TITLE>
How do I define the field in the ds? I get this compiler error:
Entry contains data that is not valid; only valid data is used.
