Problem defining DS for XML-INTO -- RPG400-L

I am using XML-INTO to parse an XML document. My problem is that one of the tag names is called <POSITION-TITLE>Leader</POSITION-TITLE>
How do I define the field in the ds? I get this compiler error:

Entry contains data that is not valid; only valid data is
used.
