the 2016 version not an updated Feb 2018 version.

I am not aware of anything Brian - it wasn't in any of my or Susan's stuff
unless someone changed it without telling us.

The current version was a major rewrite published in December 2016. Sadly
it omits a lot of important stuff from the original which IBM have pulled
from circulation for some reason.
