Try:
SELECT hex(nopmt)
FROM ls#jhv/srvncp
WHERE isValNum(nopmt) is null
Or select any (valid) field except nopmt. Since nopmt is not valid, SQL
cannot materialize it into a display representation. Practicality you
would try something like:
SELECT thekeyfield, hex(nopmt)
...
