What OS lever are you on?

This seems to work for me:

flags = O_RDONLY + O_TEXTDATA + O_CCSID
fd = openstmf(filename:flags:0:0)

If I leave out the O_TEXTDATA flag it reads, but it does not convert to
ebcdic. I tried the third parameter whit 1208, no success.

Any ideas?
