The chance of X happening is closer to 100% than I used to think it was.At my company, it happens often. Our customer service folks use two 5250-based ACS sessions. Both sessions using the same application. They'll often pull up a record on one session (drilling down to update it), immediately toggle over to the other session to fetch related information (and be on the phone with the customer at the same time), not realizing they've locked the record on the other session. Then they call us wondering why the computer tore up! Such is real life.
