If you chose powerEXT for node.js there is an old demo (demo 05) of an
RPGLE program
that runs on powerEXT Core and YAJL (that is included in Core).

Btw. powerEXT Core has been downloaded more that 2,000 times and runs in 70
countries
and is free.
