It doesn't do anything -- because the RPG cycle is what reacts to
*INLR and the RPG Cycle has been excluded by specifying NOMAIN in the
service program. So, it doesn't do anything but it is a bad practice to
do it because *some* people might think it is doing something that it is
not.
