Sadly a cut and paste error on my side .. this is the actual line content



cmd = 'PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/Zendphp7/bin && +

iconv -f 37 -t 819 | +

php-cli /www/zendphp7/htdocs/eiresoft/eontest1.php';



any idea why it is failing ..



When I run a phpinfo() on my browser from the same location.. it works fine
..
