The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
As Jon mentioned, HTTPAPI should work if you want to keep everything on the box natively.
You could also write some custom Java or PHP code to do this as well.
If you really need to interact with the PC you will need to create a PC application to build the XML and run the URL.
If you go down that road and are open to commercial solutions, let me know. Our IBMi Office Integrator product can help you accomplish what you need most likely.

Maybe you can provide a few more specifics to help us provide appropriate advice.
