I don't recall having to install the jtds driver on SQL Server.

Looking at my connection string I use to actual IP address rather that the connection name. Perhaps try the actual IP address of VServer02.

I'm try to follow you suggestion .. sorry for my ignorance.. pheraps I have
to check my Sql server !! I also have to install the jtds driver in the Sql
server?

P.S. user and pass are Ok for access to sever and DB
