The second level text doesn't get put in the event file.

As far as I can tell, it's not possible to get the second level text in RDI for DDS compiles.

For ILE RPG and ILE COBOL compiles (I'm not sure about any others), you can see the entire message by doing F1 on the pink message in the source after you double-click the message in the event file. But you don't have to specify OPTION(*SECLVL) to get that to work for RDI. F1 will also work for messages given by the verifier and syntax checker.
