Check the CCSID of the source file. It might be set differently on the other systems.

Have you verified that the command defaults for the CRTSQLRPGI and other Compile commands are the same on all systems?

Someone may have overrode one of the defaults to a new value and your new system doesn't have the same value specified.

Subject: Can't compile SQLRPGLE on new System i

We're trying to set up a brand new System i, V7R2, CCSID 65535.
Everything looks and functions good, with one exception. When we try to compile any SQLRPGLE source it barfs with the messages...:

*RNF1014 - The second parameter for keyword CCSID(*GRAPH) is not valid.

*RNF1359 - The value for this CCSID was not previously set by a /SET directive in this source file.

*RNF3818 - The parameter for keyword CCSID is not valid.

This is the same source that compiles just fine on all 16 of our other systems (also all at V7R2, and CCSID 65535). We can compile regular RPGLE with no problems. I'm not seeing a parameter on the CRTSQLRPGI for anything to do with CCSID.

We're digging into this but if anyone has words of wisdom, I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks.
