This is the actual code, the last 2 statements executed by the program before exiting. There are no other statements between any. The process to add records to the ahpovrp file are irrelevant. There are no duplicate in the source file.

Assuming cut down, what happens between the count and the insert?

What process and when are the records added to ahpovrp?
