You have to position relative to your current position. So you have to know your current position. If you're at row 100 and you want to go back to row five, fetch relative -95

There may be another answer

The dynamic scroll cursor works for me for first, next, and prior. Very handy. The problem is when I want to start with the cursor positioned at some value greater than first. Lets say, for instance, I want to start the scroll with row number 5, and be able to next/prior to row 6 or row 4.

I can't find an explanation or an example.
