I just found that Aldon is creating the service program with EXPORT(*ALL).
Would this cause my problem?

So, backing up a step, we use auto generated signatures. Where does
*PRV
get the old signatures?
I know the binder will search the binding directory for a matching
service program name. So, I would think that it could get the previous
signature from the previous version of the service program. If you're not
using a binding directory then that may be part of the problem, too.
Sincerely,
Dave Clark
