Do yourself a favor, name the service programs based on function and put
the service program name as a prefix on all exported procedures. Also, make
sure you don't use a lot of abbreviations. You want to be able to read the
name and know what it does.

It means you know instantly what service program it is coming from and you
never have a conflict between service program.

Example.

XVERRH - Standard error handle
XVERRH_B - Bindery
XVERRH_M01 - Throw functions
XVERRH_M02 - Message functions
XVERRH_M03 - ILE Error Functions
XVERRH_PR - Prototypes

XVERRH_Throw - Throw error
XVERRH_Rethrow - Rethrow error

XVUSPC - Standard User Space Functions
XVUSPC_B = Bindery
XVUSPC_M01 - Implementation
XVUSPC_PR - Prototypes

XVUSPC_CreateUserSpace
XVUSPC_GetPointerToUserSPACE

etc, etc.

Happy to send examples if you want.

Writing your own procedures and putting them in a service program would do

Is there a way to make %pbif's (Personal built in function)? Maybe a
%%MyBIF()?

I suspect I know the answer. It seems like a natural addition but I don't
see how to do it.
