To capture (fetch) a XML document from a server you can do it with SQL
(v7.2 up)
Also you can use httpapi from Scott Klement;
https://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/

To serve XML documents you need to configure the Apache. I think you
can use other servers, but I do not have experience with them.

The point is that if you need help with all of these things, it is a
very different situation than if you only need help parsing the XML.

i would need in first, how to configure HTTP server ( i don't know which are
the differences between SOAP and REST HTTP configuration)
and how to write RPG program to capture XML document and parse it
